Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your items to request a return.
Sets cannot be refunded in full due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept belt and bra's and a refund will be issued at 50% of the set.
To start a return, click here. If your return is accepted, we will give you the returns details. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible to able for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. you'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase along with your order number, this must be included inside the parcel for internal purposes.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
*Note No returns on sale items are accepted.

Damages and issues
You must inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged along with proof in form of photo's. If you receive the wrong item, the following rules apply to be able to allow us to make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the items you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item to minimise delays in you getting the exchange.
